Frequently Asked Questions

Questions that our customers usually ask us can be found here. Many of them are related to our service, you can rest assured, we are here to clarify everything.

How does Tuo Atelier service work?

All of our dresses are made to measure and are for sale, meaning the dress will be yours! We currently have dresses from the bridal collection (if you choose one from the collection, we will make one similar to your measurements) and exclusive ones, made especially for each client. We provide a first consultation where we get to know each other, design, try out and quote your model. At this meeting we already went over the budget and explained more details about our process! After designing or choosing the model, we go to the fabric store and together we can choose the best color, the best lace (if you have one) and fabric for your proposal. Then we do an average of 3 fittings so that the dress fits perfectly on your body!
How many fittings will I have before my dress is ready?

Between 3 and 4. If you need less or more, no problem! We make sure that we carry out the necessary tests to make it perfect.
Can I change anything about the model during the process?

Yes. But it is necessary to have enough time so that we can make the change smoothly, this will depend on the complexity of the change. Furthermore, depending on the alteration there is a cost of extra fabrics and labor.
What if I regret a choice in my dress?

In all tests there is an alignment of expectations in relation to the chosen model. If you have any dissatisfaction or doubts, you must communicate them to the Atelier so that we can think of the most appropriate solution. It fits the question “Can I change anything in the model during the process?”.
I'm not from Belo Horizonte, can I make my dress with you?

Yes! In this case, we will make a dress with measurements based on some of your measurements. You follow the process through photos and videos and we send them to you when it's ready. If you need adjustments, you are responsible for finding someone in your city who can make them.
What will be the final price of my dress?

To obtain the final price, it is necessary to add the value of labor + the value of the fabrics planned for manufacturing.
What are the payment terms like?

Cash (with discount); or 50% down payment + 50% in the month of delivery; or 30% down payment + installments (up to 8 installments). It can be done by pix, bank transfer or bank slip.
What is included in the service?

Personalized service/consultancy, design/creation of the model, advice on choosing fabrics and colors, fittings and adjustments, application of lace and embroidery (according to the design developed), assistance with choosing accessories, makeup and hair.
Do you work with rentals?

We do not work with rentals, only made-to-measure dresses for sale.
Can I resell my dress later?

We do not participate in the post-wedding process and do not keep the clients' dresses.
